📦 Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays may take slightly longer. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Note: We currently ship only within the 46 mainland states of the U.S. (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). For delivery area confirmation, please email us.
📍 Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number (active within 24 hours). Tracking may take 48–72 hours to update during busy periods. If tracking isn't working, reach out to us—we'll assist within 48 hours.
📦 Delayed Deliveries
Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to weather or logistics issues. If your delivery exceeds the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@ecobikes.com so we can investigate with the carrier.
❌ Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and provide a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once they’ve been dispatched.

For U.S. orders, taxes may apply depending on your local state laws and will be calculated at checkout. If any additional fees are charged by your local jurisdiction, you’ll be responsible for those costs.
