At EcoBikes, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of electric bikes, scooters, and components under normal use and conditions. If a covered defect arises, EcoBikes will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective part or product.

📦 Who Is Covered
This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and starts on the date of delivery. Warranty applies to purchases made directly from EcoBikes.com or our authorized resellers in the U.S.
🔋 Battery Disclaimer
Battery capacity naturally decreases over time. This fading is not considered a defect. Warranty only covers battery damage not caused by misuse or external damage.
❌ What’s Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, etc.)
- Damage due to improper assembly or lack of maintenance
- Loss or theft
🛠️ Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, email us at support@ecobikes.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. Most issues are resolved within 48 hours. We may request the product or part be returned for inspection.
📦 Shipping Damage Claims
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send photos of the box and damaged item to support@ecobikes.com. Claims after 7 days may not be honored.
🔧 Repair Services After Warranty
If your warranty has expired, we’re still here to help! Contact us for troubleshooting and purchase options for replacement parts.
⚖️ Limitation of Liability
To the extent allowed by law, EcoBikes is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or data. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
